Recreational Teams

Recreational Team Info

The Recreation program is designed to be more laid back and less competitive when compared to the Travel program.  Contrary to what many people think, the Recreational league teams do have to travel to neighboring associations to play games (e.g. Wayzata, Maple Grove, Orono, Hopkins, Eden Prairie, Chaska, Minnetonka, St. Louis Park, etc.).

The Recreation season begins in early-May and ends in early-July.  Games will be played one or two nights per week and there will be 1-2 practices per week.  In addition, there will be one tournament at the end of the season.

Playing time and position rotations during Recreational League games and tournaments will be equal.

We partner with PWYSA for recreational league, they will make final determination of game nights.  Rec teams WILL travel to other communities for games.  To see game nights go here:  PWYSA/Rec website

Total number of teams for Recreational Teams will be determined by player registrations. We cannot guarantee teams will be available at all age levels.
